About

A licensed attorney for 26 years, Robert has gained extensive experience in both the law firm and corporate environments. After earning a finance degree and MBA from the University of Notre Dame, Mr. Dwyer began his career with US Bank in Portland, Oregon, where he monitored more than $1 Billion in highly leveraged transactions before leaving to attend law school at Willamette University.

Upon graduation, he worked for Price Waterhouse (now PwC) in Los Angeles as a consultant before returning to Oregon as CFO and COO of a medical distribution and healthcare device company. He later earned his LL.M. (Taxation) from the University of Washington School of Law and practiced business and tax law in Oregon before joining a tech start-up where he gained experience in the technology and defense industries.
