Avery Field
About
Avery is an Associate Attorney at Bliven Law Firm and has experience representing clients in personal injury, wrongful death, environmental contamination, and worker's compensation cases.
Avery earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Lee University in 2017 and then spent three years as an elementary and middle school teacher in Memphis, Tennessee with Teach for America. Avery attended the University of California, Irvine for law school where he excelled in the classroom and the courtroom. Avery volunteered his time working in UCI’s Domestic Violence Clinic, representing victims of domestic violence in court. Avery also won UCI Law School’s trial competition and founded a trial competition team to compete against other law schools.
Avery and his wife have a son, Atticus, and a baby girl on the way. Together, Avery and his family enjoy hiking, traveling, reading, and watching baseball.
Avery is admitted to practice law in Montana and in the U.S. District Court, District of Montana.
